For Division W members who started their ICE BREAKER speech on July 1, 2009 and completed 5 or more speeches on November 30, 2009

Please submit the members' name and club name to your AG on or before December 1, 2009 (Club President and VPE, you can submit the name in advanced if you know your members is going to complete assignment 5 before December 1, 2009)

Award will be presented During TLI2- December 12, 2009 Saturday at Menara AIA, Jalan Ampang

Area Governor...please submit the list to OC Tan Lay Theng by December 1, 2009.
