We then had the official launching of the E-souvenir book. This impressive collection of Division W’s events and leadership messages was made possible by the collective effort of contributors, editors and reviewers helmed by Lai Chee Yoong of Exact ADC. Many months of effort, toil and relentless dedication by the E-souvenir book team went into producing this slick and superb collection of Division W memoirs for year 2009/2010.

Thank you, Division W Governor 2009/2010 Soh Fong Wai, Organising Chair Tan Lay Theng and Assistant Organising Chair Cheong Kuok Sum for organizing this appreciation dinner for members and friends of Division W.

Last but not least, thank you Stephen Fernando for making this an entertaining and memorable evening. Although Stephen informed us he did not have a placing at the finals of the International Speech Contest, he is and will always be - District 51's “Special Edition” !
